Graduate Study in Adolescent Health and Wellbeing
About:
Australia's only postgraduate course in Adolescent Health and Wellbeing, delivered fully online by the Centre for Adolescent Health at the Royal Children's Hospital, in partnership with the University of Melbourne and Murdoch Children's Research Institute. Adolescence is a foundational period for lifelong health, yet it's the one life stage where health outcomes in Australia haven't improved in three decades. This course builds the knowledge and capability of everyone who works with young people - nurses, doctors, teachers, social workers, youth and community workers - to improve adolescent health and wellbeing.
Includes:
- Fully online study, with content, recorded lectures, readings and discussions on the University of Melbourne LMS
- Live webinars three to four times per semester (recorded for those who can't attend)
- A two-day on-campus orientation each February and July
- Access to leading adolescent health researchers and practitioners
Intended audience:
Nurses, doctors, social workers, teachers, youth workers and community workers working with, or planning to work with, young people.

CPD Points: N/A - this is an accredited University of Melbourne postgraduate award course (Graduate Certificate/Diploma/Masters), assessed through formal subject credit points rather than self-reported CPD hours.
