About: The Advanced Paediatric Perioperative Skills Day on the 24^th April 2026 will provide practical education directed to and relevant for experienced Perioperative Nurses seeking to improve their Paediatric skills.

Includes: A mixture of lecture and workshop/skill station based interactive education on the following topics;

• Anaphylaxis in the Perioperative Environment
• Anaesthesia Emergencies
• Is it partial or complete? Laryngospasm Case Studies
• Pain Management and Assessment

Intended audience: Perioperative Nurses   

Date: Friday 24th April, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Registration commences 8:30 am.

Mode of delivery: In person. This session will not be available online or recorded.

Where: Vernon Collins Theatre, HELP, Level 1, The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, 50 Flemington Rd Parkville, VIC 3052.

Cost: $270 (incl GST). Enrolment closes at 2.00pm on 21st of April. Registration fees include morning tea, lunch and onsite parking.

CPD Points: 7 hours. A certificate will be made available on completion.
