Health and Out of Home Care - Finding Common Ground

About: Join us for a day of learning and reflection for professionals with an interest in the health and wellbeing of children in state care. Hosted by the Victorian Centre of Health Leadership for Children in Care, this event will explore enablers and barriers to effective cross-sector collaboration in supporting the healthcare needs of infants, children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. Hear from leading healthcare and community organisations, including:

Throughout the day, topics covered will include the Aboriginal Children in Aboriginal Care (ACAC) program in Victoria, a Pathway to Good Health update and a panel discussion with the RCH Bioethics Committee and RCH and community teams. Mode of delivery: Hybrid 

Where: The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, 50 Flemington Rd Parkville, VIC 3052 & via Zoom 

Cost:  Both onsite & virtual attendance options available.  

Onsite: $220 (incl GST)  
Enrolment closes at 12 noon on Tuesday 18th November. Onsite registration fees include morning tea, lunch and onsite parking. 

Virtual: $165 (incl GST)  
Enrolments made after 12 noon on Tuesday 18th November will not receive an email with the Zoom link. The link will be available in the course page at least two days prior to the session. 

All enrolments include access to a recording of the event. The recording will be available for 90 days 

CPD Points: 6 hours. A certificate will be made available on completion.
