Our aim is to provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver multidisciplinary care to NF patients effectively. Whether you're a healthcare professional or support those with NF, this event promises to enhance your understanding of this condition.
Mode of delivery: We offer you the flexibility to choose your participation mode, with options for both in-person and online virtual attendance.

Intended audience: General practitioners, maternal child health nurses, and anyone involved in the care of individuals with neurofibromatosis (NF).
Date & Time: Friday 9th February 2024 from 8:30am to 12:30pm (registration from 8am) in Ella Latham Auditorium, Ground floor, Royal Children's Hospital

Course Outline:
- Case studies and lived experience of NF including interactive elements
- NF in childhood and the specialised care it demands
- Challenges of NF in young adulthood and schooling
- Role of genetics and management of NF in adults
- Knowledge about the impact of NF in brain and soft tissue tumours and cosmesis
Total time: 4 hours
CPD points: equivalent to 4 hours
